Katie and Juan were married on December 22, 2012. An additional reception was held on April 6, 2013 at properties owned by the Crowne Plaza Resort and Golf Club, Lake Placid, New York. Catering was provided by the Crowne Plaza, music provided by Gary Peacock, Plattsburgh, and the cake and cupcakes were designed and prepared by Jennifer Gates, owner of Cake Placid.
